Refreshing Chinese cabbage & Carrot Salad for nourishing your liver

Japanese
白菜と人参のサラダ

This refreshing salad with napa cabbage and carrots is the perfect complement to a rich, fatty meal.
Tossed in a sweet and tangy dressing, it serves as a perfect palate cleanser. The key is to use honey instead of sugar.
From the Yakuzen perspective, carrots help nourish the eyes and replenish blood, komatsuna, the Japanese mustard spinach supports liver function, and napa cabbage helps remove excess heat from the body, easing irritability.

Hope you enjoy it!
