Edamame Rice for incresing your Qi

From Yakuzen's perspective, edamame replenishes Qi (vital energy) and promotes blood circulation. It increases your water metabolism as well.
 Rice also increases Qi and helps you recover from fatigue due to spleen Qi deficiency.
All you need is edamame beans, Rice, salt, dried kombu seaweed, and sake. It's a super easy and simple Japanese home dish.

Ingredients
2 cups Japanese rice (Uruchi mai)
1 tbsp Sake
1 tsp Salt
200g Frozen/fresh Shelled edamame beans 
10cmx10cm Dried Kombu Seaweed

Methods
Step 1 - Wash the rice several times, then put the water (slightly less amount of water than normal rice cooking).
Step 2 - Add the dried Kombu seaweed and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 3 - Remove the kombu seaweed.
Step 4 - Add the sake and salt and mix.
Step 5 - Peel the edamame beans and put them on top of the rice, then cook.
Step 6 - Once the rice is cooked, gently mix.
